Requesting early access

The Daily Groundwork is currently in TestFlight beta ahead of its full App Store release. If you'd like to try it early, email us or join the list on the home page and we'll send an invite.

Is my journal private?

Yes. Everything you write stays on your device — there's no account and no server copy. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

How do I cancel Groundwork Pro?

Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → The Daily Groundwork, and choose Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

I bought Pro but it's not showing up

Open the app, go to Profile, and tap Restore Purchases. This re-checks your Apple account for an active subscription and restores access without charging you again. If that doesn't resolve it, email us with the approximate date of purchase.

Can I export my journal?

Yes — from the Journal tab or your Profile, tap Export to save your entries as a file you can keep, print, or share.
